Measure your quilt s width so you can purchase the right sized rod.
Then use your measuring tape a level and a pencil to mark the wall where you intend to install the rod s brackets at either end.
From wall to bar should be 8 to 10 inches to give room for quilt to hang.
Wall quilt racks often include a hanging rod that is inserted through a quilt pocket.
And use 2x4 pieces.
They are good to use if your quilt doesn t have a hanging sleeve.
Attach quilt clips to the ends of quilts and allow them to hang fully from top to bottom.
