Load a caulking gun with a tube of panel adhesive and apply a small dab of it on the wall about every 10 inches.

The first step is to measure your wall.
Once the panels and walls are ready you can easily put the panels in place using adhesive and nails.
Use a trowel and apply a 1 4 inch thick layer of frp adhesive to the back side of the first panel.

Push the panel back on the wall and roll the panel with a rolling pin.

Lift the panel into place and use one of the helpers to hold a side firmly.
You also have to account for any doors and windows on the walls you ll be paneling.
For best results set the paneling in the room for a few days before you install it.
