Keep 3 of the pieces on a shelf or in a cabinet so they stay dry.
Cut the 2 pieces in half again so you have 4 pieces that are the same size.
Cut the shampoo bar into quarters so you can cycle between dry pieces.
Set the shampoo bar on a cutting board and use a sharp chef s knife to cut the piece in half.
Elastic bands or string.
Just tie your elastic bands or string around your vessel and voila it s ready.

Tips to make your shampoo bars last longer.
Once you ve finished lathering up with the shampoo bar you should rinse it and store it in a place where it can fully dry.
Work the bar in small circular motions back towards the base of your neck to create a gentle lather.
This could be an old tin jam jar lid or shell.
This will turn it to mush.
Swipe the bar along the sides of your head by your ears to apply the shampoo evenly.
Leave your bars away from sunlight as the heat from the sun can melt your bars.
Make sure that you don t store it in a puddle of water or your shampoo bar could easily disintegrate.
